STRAMACCIONI: "ONE GAME AT A TIME"

"It's the only way to deal with the week that lies ahead. Inter will have to be at their best to beat Fiorentina"

APPIANO GENTILE - "We have a tough week ahead but the best thing we can do is take one game at a time." Andrea Stramaccioni is aware of what awaits his Nerazzurri over the next seven days - a trip to Baku in Azerbaijan followed by the Milan derby - but he remains fully focused on tomorrow's visit of Fiorentina.

Speaking during this afternoon's press conference, he told reporters: "We're taking each match as it comes, although obviously the coach has to consider other factors such as training cycles and the time needed for players to recover."

Stramaccioni was then asked to comment on the positive start made by Fiorentina, a team coached by his friend Vincenzo Montella: "Fiorentina are in great form. They're playing some excellent football and with just a bit more luck they might have found themselves in an even higher league position than where they are now. Inter will have to be at their best to beat this Fiorentina side."

More from the coach's pre-match press conference will follow on inter.it shortly
