PESCARA – Another goal, Inter's fourth, was scored by Luca Castellazzi tonight with that brilliant save he pulled off to keep out Cascione's header. "It was a great save - one of those saves that a keeper always remembers. And I will remember it because it came at an important stage of the match. If they'd managed to get it back to 2-1, it might have opened the game up again."
The Nerazzurri keeper continued with his analysis of the match: "In the first period especially, Pescara counter-attacked with a lot of pace, but then we got a handle on them and managed to take the lead. Afterwards we kept things tighter and then in the second half we added the third."
On Cassano, Castellazzi had this to say: "We're on the same team again after two years. He's a livewire. It's nice to be back with a good friend and somebody you share great memories with - we have lots of those from our time together at Sampdoria. I'm glad he's on the right side of Milan now. He's determined to prove himself again, to be one of the stars. He gave it everything he had tonight and he made an important contribution with his skill. I saw him chasing the ball a lot and that's a good sign because it shows he's prepared to work hard."
Finally, the keeper was asked to comment on the fact that the team has kept two clean sheets in the two games he's been involved in: "It shows that we're compact and solid, and that we have the right mentality – we kept that even when the result was probably beyond doubt. We carried on working hard to make sure we didn't concede because it's always nice when you end the match with a clean sheet."
