These are the words of Cristian Chivu, who was guest on Inter Channel's Prima Serata, and was interviewed by the Nerazzurri channel director, Edoardo Caldara, who acted as go-between for the player and the fans.
"A month as a team hungering after victory, with hurt pride and never willing to give up," said the defender. "We found ourselves in favourable and not so favourable situations, but the team regained confidence in themselves and made progress in the league, shaking off their psychological problems. And when your mind is free of worries you can achieve anything. We are back on the right track and now we have the second half of the season ahead of us when anything can happen."
The fans wanted to know what Cristian's dream for this season was: "To win the league and the Champions League," he replied. "We aren't in the Coppa Italia any more, which is a shame. We believe we can do it; we are only six points adrift of the top spot with nineteen games to play: absolutely anything can happen. Just like in the Champions League, where Marseille await us. Anything can happen there too. We are working to win, we are well aware of how important it is and we want to go through."
