Is the Milan derby different from the Rome one?
If I play I'll tell you... You start to feel the derby very early in Rome and if you lose it they let you
know for a long time after. If you score in the derby you gain immunity. It's definitely different here. I
was presented just before a charity derby and I remember it being a calm environment. In terms of
emotions felt on the the pitch, I still don't know. I still can't say...
Seeing as how things went, it seems the Champions League is now your primary objective
considering Juventus are so far ahead in the Serie A...
I'm not sure Juventus are so far ahead... I'll tell you after the derby.
And your friend Ayala?
He elbowed me when I first got the ball... It's acceptable, it's normal and he didn't do it on purpose.
There are no problems between us. When he was at Napoli and I was at Parma, we got together
before the match and we had a few laughs together. During the second half of the match, his foul from
behind forced me to leave the pitch on a stretcher. But everything was ok after the match. It's a
different story on the pitch.
