BARCELONA - Joan Gaspart will step down as president of Barcelona on 1 March. The decision was made public on Friday afternoon. Gaspart will therefore still be in charge of the Catalan club for the two Champions League matches against Inter.
Vice president Eric Reyna will take over from Gaspart until the end of the current season in June, when elections to decide the new Barça supremo will take place.
