MILAN - The principal operations made by Inter on the winter transfer market, which came to a close today, were the arrival of Gabriel Batistuta, the move of Francisco Farinos on loan to Villareal and the transfer of Salvatore Ferraro (born in 1981) on loan to Prato.
Brazilian Francisco Alberoni, born in 1984, joins the Nerazzurri on loan from Brescia for a year and a half. The left midfielder played for Vasco De Gama before joining Brescia. Alberoni, who has Italian citizenship, was a protagonist for Brazil in several matches of a regional championship played in Trinidad and Tobago.
