APPIANO GENTILE - Stephane Dalmat has been called up to Hector Cuper's squad for Inter's match at home to Empoli on Sunday. The Frenchman has been training hard at Pinetina this week and hopes to make his contribution against the Tuscans.
In an interview with Inter Channel, Dalmat said, "I've been training with the team for ten days. My ankle is fine."
Dalmat has been named by many of his Nerazzurri team-mates as a possible extra weapon for the side. And the midfielder knows it: "I feel the confidence of my team-mates. They know what I can give. I've got over a difficult patch, which wasn't just due to the injury. The holiday was good for me and I'm ready to give my best."
Dalmat also commented on the match at home to Empoli: "It will be a difficult match. All the teams close up in Milan, so let's hope we can score immediately."
