How have you got on in these first few matches?
Well. It's one thing to play with physical problems and it's another thing to play without. I still don't have the right match fitness, but it will come with time.
Might the pitch at the San Siro be an extra problem?
I found it to be quite good in the last match. Not in the Coppa Italia, but in the half hour played against Modena it seemed to be good.
Is today's Inter side stronger than that of last year?
We were very strong last year, too. We're a great side with a lot of players that are doing well. Emre, Pasquale, Cannavaro, Coco...
What's your explanation for Roma's crisis?
I don't have any reasons. There are problems, but there are also the players. In terms of individuals, I think Roma are one of the four or five best teams in the championship. Juventus also seemed to be in crisis last season, then they won the Scudetto.
Is it an advantage not to play in the Coppa Italia?
It has helped us to train well and we will continue to do so until February. It's not a help, but it's useful.
