MILAN - Inter’s Primavera team are almost ready to pack their bags and depart for Barcelona, where they are set to play their 3rd UEFA Youth League group game. And, after drawing against Tottenham and losing to PSV, Armando Madonna’s team will consider it a very important victory should they bring home the spoils: "We are keen to make up for the defeat in Florence and get the three points against Barça. It’s also an opportunity to make up for only picking up a point from our first two Youth League games, when we got less than we deserved. A win would be crucial for us," said Davide Grassini to Inter TV.

"I’m expecting a difficult game: Barcelona will have a lot of possession and we will need to be good in terms of countering what they do while also showing the quality we have at the same time. We need to concentrate and show great determination. In training, we continue to work hard to prepare for the match in the best possible way. We’re looking to correct the mistakes we made in previous matches. We’re all convinced that our team has great potential, but as a group we need to improve and gain consistency when it comes to our performance levels. This season we’re trying to play a new brand of football which sees us play from the back. We need be confident and develop in terms of our attitude," the Nerazzurri full-back concluded.
