APPIANO GENTILE - Starting from today, the link between Inter and Brooks Brothers will become even stronger. Already the club’s Official Formalwear and Footwear Partner for five years, the Nerazzurri’s Inter TV channel will now be entirely dressed by the company. The presenters on the channel will all wear clothes from the historic New York brand, combining the elegance of Brooks Brothers with the professionalism of Inter TV. Male presenters will wear the Milano 1818 suit made from Italian wool in the United States at the American company’s Southwick factory. It’s a two-button suit with hand-sewn armholes. To complete the journalists’ outfit, the trousers are made of a very soft cotton and spandex combination along with a navy blue tie made of 100 per cent silk from another of the American company’s factories in Long Island City.
The globally renowned Brooks Brothers button-down shirt is made of 100 per cent Supima, recognised as the ‘cashmere of cottons’. The female presenters on Inter TV will go on air in a Stretch Wool outfit with a woven wool fabric paired with a silk blouse created by Zac Posen, the Creative Director for Womenswear at Brooks Brothers and one of the most famous American designers.
With this initiative, the shared values of elegance, classical style and respect for tradition bring Brooks Brothers and Inter closer than ever.
