MILAN - Christmas came early to 'Il Botinero', Javier Zanetti and Esteban Cambiasso's restaurant in Milan's city centre as the players, staff and directors all celebrated the festivities together. The meal had a family atmosphere to it as Massimo Moratti was joined by his wife Milly and children Angelomario and Maria. Coutinho received a round of applause as he celebrated his recent engagement, while Antonio Cassano had people in stitches as ever. Marco Tronchetti Provera was also in attendance, along with Andrea and Dalila Stramaccioni.
