MILAN - Massimo Moratti answered the questions of waiting journalists as he left the Saras offices.
Here's what the Nerazzurri president had to say:
The new Chinese investors are very happy with the deal with Inter...
"Yes, they are very pleased and proud, as am I, because it's a deal which, aside from the sporting aspect, is economically significant for the entire country. A country like China, deciding to invest in Italy, is very significant. It's an important moment and I hope that further investment will follow. So I'm happy about this and pleased that it's been achieved in such a positive manner for the football club."
The project for the new stadium is now looking ever more likely. The fans already want to know where the new site will be...
"We'll see, we're still in the very early stages and we'll try to make the best decision we can so the fans are happy."
Tonight Inter make their bow in the Europa League, how seriously are you taking this competition?
"We're taking it very seriously because we need to put in a good performance, not only for morale but for the competition itself."
Technical director Marco Branca is in Brazil. Is he there to tie up a deal for Lucas?
No, he's not there to finalise anything. The situation is ongoing. We'll see."
