Juventus v Inter will be the first of three 45-minute matches.
The losers of that game will play AC Milan in the second game, while the winners will take on the Rossoneri in the tournament's final match.
Three points are awarded for a win and 0 for a defeat. Games that end in a draw will be decided by a penalty shootout, with the shootout winners getting 2 points and the losers 1 point.
If teams are level on points at the end of all three ties, the following criteria will be used to decide which side finishes higher: head-to-head results; goal difference; number of goals scored; lowest average age of players used.
The TIM Trophy will be broadcast live on Canale 5.
