PINZOLO - Andrea Stramaccioni gave his thoughts to Inter Channel after watching his team beat a Trentino-based XI 6-0 in today's friendly. "The idea is there and the players are trying to reproduce on the pitch what we're working towards. We're not even at the start yet but I see the continuity is there even when the result counts for nothing. One of the little problems we had was not managing to keep our shape when we pushed forward, but the team now has a clear identity going forward. We have to try and work more on this, even though we don't have much time. Am I pleased we didn't concede? I may as well tell you: if we had let one in I would have made the players do 100 laps..."
Stramaccioni was also asked about Philippe Coutinho, who got himself on the score sheet today. "There's never been any doubt about the lad's ability. Now he has the backing of the coach and everyone at the club and he can develop without feeling under pressure. Even when he's made a mistake he's not afraid to try a bit of skill."
