APPIANO: TRAINING AHEAD OF BOLOGNA MATCH

Rest for Milito and Stankovic (flu), personalised sessions for Alvarez, Julio Cesar and Lucio, 3 individual sessions

APPIANO GENTILE – Today's training session lasted approximately 60 minutes for the team ahead of Inter v Bologna. After the warm-up the group performed tactical exercises and training matches. After their personalised sessions yesterday, Esteban Cambiasso and Wesley Sneijder trained with their team-mates, while Lucio underwent an individual session. There were personalised sessions for Ricardo Alvarez and Julio Cesar. Diego Milito and Dejan Stankovic were rested due to a case of the flu.

Fredy Guarin and Walter Samuel underwent competitive recovery programmes. Juan underwent a programme aimed at improving his conditioning. Lorenzo Crisetig was rested after participating in the Viareggio Tournament with the Primavera team. Paolo Tornaghi is in the United States training with the Chicago Fire.
