LECCE - "Today is a little bitter for all of us," began Julio Cesar
speaking to Inter Channel.
He then added: "We had a so-so start to the season, but by the halfway
point we had redeemed ourselves and we wanted to start well today. But
unfortunately we went up against a great Lecce team, strong in defence and with
a keeper who was decisive. He had a sensational game with three incredible
saves. I send him my compliments. Unfortunately we weren't able to turn things
around, nor find the equaliser either. Now we'll talk with our coach and we'll
try to avoid repeating these same mistakes. Tomorrow we'll talk about it. After
the game it's normal for everyone to be quiet. One positive thing, however, was
that we still created many chances."
