MILAN - "I'm happy," replied Massimo Moratti when asked by Rai about Inter's derby win, as he arrived at the Stadio Meazza ahead of this evening's Coppa Italia tie against Genoa. "That's the first thing I felt, happiness. They went about the task well, in an important match; the players and the coach did what they had to do."
It was pointed out to the Nerazzurri president that there has been some criticism about the way the team played: "The coach did that because it's what was needed: keeping things tight at the back and setting the players out well. But that doesn't mean he will always play that way. The opposition say it was an 'ugly game'? That's normal, it's always an ugly game when you lose..." smiled Moratti.
