APPIANO: 60-MINUTE SESSION BEFORE PARMA

According to the programme, all present except Muntari (with Ghana for Africa Cup of Nations) and new dad Zarate

APPIANO GENTILE – The first training session of 2012 for Claudio Ranieri's Inter lasted 60 minutes. All of the players were present except for Sulley Muntari (with the Ghana national team for the Africa Cup of Nations) and Mauro Zarate (an excused absence after the birth of his daughter on the night of 31 December). The workout programme was followed for the first session back, and there was work done in the in the gym, in groups or individually, with both athletic and technical work. The rain did not affect the intensity of the work and the training pitch was in perfect condition. There was a warm-up conducted before the start and at the end some Nerazzurri players followed through with a personalised workout.

Tomorrow, Tuesday 3 January 2012, there will be a double session at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti in La Pinetina.
