BUENOS AIRES - On the pitch with Javier Zanetti to support the PUPI Foundation was Diego Milito, who spoke to Sky Sport 24 about the year that is about to finish while looking ahead to 2012.
"We're pleased, especially with the wins we got at the end which enabled us to round off 2011 in the best way possible. We're pleased but we have to keep pedalling hard. We hope that 2012 will be even better," explained the Prince.
On a personal level, "I ended the year quite well too and I'm happy, but the important thing now is getting the new year off on the right foot. We have lots of games to play but we're also full of confidence. The transfer market? That's a question you should ask the club, all I can say is that we have a great squad and we can still challenge on all fronts."
