TELLES: "HAPPY TO WEAR THESE COLOURS"

"The derby is a different game. I've never been to the San Siro, it will be my first time. I'm sure I'll feel at home"

LECCO - New signing Alex Telles spoke to Inter Channel after last night's friendly at Lecco, which came in the midst of the international break: "I'm very pleased to be here but obviously disappointed about the defeat. But I'm pleased with my performance, even though I still have a lot of work to do. It was only my first game for Inter but I'm very happy to wear these colours. Now we need to work hard every day, the derby is getting closer and we want to win. I'm very happy. I've come here to help out in every way possible. I want to give the fans and Inter something to shout about, win trophies and keep playing better."

Then on the derby: "It's a different game. We have to stay very focused. You can't get anything wrong, the side that makes the fewest mistakes will come out winners. So we need to be prepared and focused to put in a big performance."

On the San Siro: "It's amazing. Inter have great support. I've never been to the San Siro, so it'll be my first time. I'm sure I'll feel at home. I'll feel at ease there so I can give my all."

The Brazilian is also working with Roberto Mancini again, after the Italian coached him at Galatasaray: "I'm delighted to be back working with him. He's a manager I really enjoy playing under. He helps me a lot, I made a lot of progress with him at Galatasaray and now I want to keep improving here at Inter."

Finally, a word on Felipe Melo's display: "I thought he looked very good and Felipe is really vocal on the pitch. We've come in to help the team and win lots of trophies here at Inter."
