MILAN – Some of the DC United academy boys training with FC Internazionale this week got the chance to show off their skills when they turned out for a Nerazzurri academy XI in a friendly match this afternoon. The US talents played alongside a group of Inter U18s, with Sarnico providing the opposition.
Black-and-Red starlets Antonio Bustamante and DJ Reeves were the stand-out performers as they teamed up to devastating effect, the former laying on the assists for the latter to bag himself a stunning hat-trick.
Tomorrow it will be over to DCU's Under-16s. They will have the opportunity to strut their stuff alongside a group of Nerazzurri youngsters when they take on Accademia Pavese.
