Nine academy kids from Inter's US partner club kick off their week-long visit by taking in the Nerazzurri Under-19s' league meeting with Cesena

SESTO SAN GIOVANNI - A group of nine DC United youngsters spending a week with FC Internazionale got their first taste of Nerazzurri action when they attended the Primavera's league match this afternoon.

After landing in Italy on a flight from Washington this morning, the MLS club's youth prospects popped into Inter's academy training ground, the Centro Sportivo Giacinto Facchetti, before making their way to the Stadio Breda in Sesto San Giovanni, where they saw Stefano Vecchi's Under-19s clinch first place in the regular season with a draw against Cesena.

However, today was merely a warm-up for what promises to be an unforgettable day tomorrow, when the Black-and-Red youngsters will be Inter's guests at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza. At 15:00 they will have the chance to sample the San Siro matchday atmosphere as Roberto Mancini's side do battle with Chievo Verona in a crunch Serie A encounter.

The DCU kids will then spend a week on the pitch with various Nerazzurri youth academy sides, enabling them to gain invaluable first-hand experience of FC Internazionale training methods.
