EINDHOVEN – Samir Handanovic was one of the players who took part in the press conference ahead of the Champions League match between PSV and Inter. Here’s what he had to say: "Lozano isn’t the only player playing for PSV, they have many players who are quick and a threat up front. They are young and talented players who will be spoken about in the future. We are prepared and know the team we’re about to face. The real Inter will have to turn up in order for us to get a result. This game, however, will not be absolutely decisive given that there will still be four more games to play afterwards."
Handanovic went on to analyse the first part of the season: "Without doubt, it’s too early to draw conclusions. We will wait until we’re at least halfway through the season. I think that the team has defended well so far: we haven’t allowed the opposition to have too many shots at our goal. The most important thing is that whoever is called on to play has to be ready: this is what is needed for us to work well as a group."
