Milan, January 2nd 2018 – FC Internazionale Milano has been known for a long time, not only for the quality of its football and conquests, but also for its grassroots development and innovative initiatives.
Following the success of many of Inter’s digital activities, a new project will focus on the grassroots development.
For this project, Inter joined efforts with Dream Football, a global digital scouting platform that promotes equal opportunities for young talents worldwide, created by an Inter Forever representative, Luís Figo. With the Dream Football App, opportunities are only based on each individual’s talent, independently of ethnicity, gender, social class, economics or geographics. “No talent shall be left behind, this is my legacy” is Luis Figo’s claim for Dream Football.
How it works – By downloading Dream Football’s free App for mobile phones (iOS and Android), players and parents can record, edit and upload videos showing their football talent, in real time, with no need for additional work after each match or practice. The App includes a “backward recording” tool that allows the users to capture a good play, after it just happened.
During the months of January and February 2018, Inter will be searching for 5 young talents from all that videos that are uploaded to the Dream Football platform.

Rewards – The 5 winners will win an all expenses paid trial with Inter, giving them the opportunity to wear the Nerazzurri jersey. Scouting will be global and always respecting in full all the FIFA laws, so the trial will be offered to:
2 players aged between 6 and 12 years old from the Lombardia region
2 players aged between 13 and 15 years old from any region in Italy
1 player aged 16 or above from anywhere in Europe or 18 or above from the rest of the world
The winners will be chosen by Inter’s Youth Staff during the month of March 2018.
The trials will take place during the Easter period.
