APPIANO GENTILE - Today’s session at the Suning Training Centre began with strength and stability exercises using weights, with the team's warm-up then concluding out on the pitch as they worked on their pace, change of direction and sprinting.
The squad were then split up into two groups to focus on tactics, before they then reconvened to take part in an 11-a-side match on a small-sided pitch with short three-minute halves of high intensity.
