There have been a total of 32 Serie A fixtures between Inter and SPAL, the last coming back in March 1968. The Nerazzurri do have a considerable edge over their opponents, as they’ve racked up 22 wins and six draws, losing on just four occasions.
Unbeaten against SPAL at home, no other team has defeated them more times than Inter (22). In total, they’ve triumphed at the San Siro on 14 occasions against the Biancazzurri.
