SINGAPORE, LEG 3 ON THE SUMMER TOUR

After Nanjing and Changzhou, Spalletti's Nerazzurri will head to the city-state for the International Champions Cup Singapore

MILAN - Singapore is the third leg on the 2017 Summer Tour. After the friendly against Schalke 04 in Changzhou and the International Champions Cup China in Nanjing, the Nerazzurri will head to the city-state in South-East Asia.

Singapore has its own domestic league which features nine teams with one from Japan and another from Brunei. Inter will play both of their games as part of the International Champions Cup Singapore at the National Stadium, against Chelsea and FC Bayern on 27 and 29 July respectively.

The ground holds 55,000 people and its stands can be converted depending on the sport being played there (football, cricket, rugby or athletics). The facility also features a retractable roof.

Basketball and badminton are among the most played sports in Singapore. The Formula One Grand Prix has also been held in the modern Marina Bay area since 2008 and was the sport's first night race. The city also plays host to the WTA Finals, featuring the best eight women on the annual tennis tour.
