MILAN – Antonio Candreva has credited his Inter team-mates and the Nerazzurri fans for helping him settle in to life at the San Siro so quickly.
Speaking at an event held at the F.C. Internazionale Executive Suite for the club’s corporate hospitality clients, Candreva told Inter Channel how important the supporters have been in his first few months in Milan.
"This is a wonderful event because I love being close to the fans – they’ve been amazing with me. I want to take this chance to wish all the supporters a merry Christmas. We look forward to them cheering us on at San Siro on Wednesday, as they always do," said the Italian.
Candreva also thanked his team-mates for making him feel at home at Inter.
"It’s down to the club – my team-mates made me feel like part of a fantastic group straight away. Obviously, we can – and we must – keep improving," said Candreva.
