MILAN – Ivan Zamorano has led a delegation of children from his foundation on a three-day visit to Milan, during which the youngsters were able to visit the Duomo, meet their heroes at San Siro and train with the Nerazzurri academy players at the Centro Sportivo Giacinto Facchetti.
After arriving in Milan, the children – who are from Chile – first visited the city centre, where they met up with compatriot Gary Medel. The delegation then made its way to the San Siro, taking a look inside the dressing room and walking out onto the pitch just hours before kick-off. After watching the game, they children had the chance to meet their heroes and collect photos and autographs.
Rounding the trip off was a training session alongside some of Inter’s academy players at the Centro Sportivo Giacinto Facchetti, the heart of the Nerazzurri youth academy.
