APPIANO GENTILE – Frank de Boer’s Nerazzurri squad were at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti this afternoon for their second session of the week.
With the Inter Academy Shanghai Yitao FC delegation watching on, Inter kicked things off with a 45-minute workout in the gym.
The Nerazzurri then headed out to the main pitch for a warm-up of technical drills followed by a series of exercises designed to focus on changing direction suddenly. The session was rounded off with a range of possession drills.
Also at the training ground to observe the squad were vice president Javier Zanetti and sporting director Piero Ausilio.
