MILAN – In the Nerazzurri’s sixth game of the Serie A TIM 2016/17 season, Frank de Boer’s men will be looking to defeat Bologna for the 67th time in their history.
The match will be played out at the San Siro, where Inter have been victorious in eight out of their last ten matches, with Mauro Icardi in a rich vein of goal-scoring form. The captain has been involved in all of Inter’s goals so far this campaign, with six goals and one assist laid on for Ivan Perisic.
Eder and Antonio Candreva have both scored twice against Bologna in their respective careers. Meanwhile the Rossoblu are Danilo D’Ambrosio’s preferred prey, with two goals while at Torino and another since joining the Nerazzurri.
Samir Handanovic is in line to make his 150th appearance for Inter, in a clash which will see Frank de Boer and Roberto Donadoni face off for the first time in their managerial careers.
