MILAN – Southampton FC’s U9, U10 and U11 sides will embark on a weekend at the heart of the F.C. Internazionale universe on Friday as they enjoy the return leg of an exchange programme that saw Inter’s Pulcini sides visit the Premier League club’s academy back in May.
On Friday afternoon, the Southampton youngsters will have the chance to visit the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, before taking in a tour of central Milan on Saturday morning.
It’s time for business at the Centro Sportivo Giacinto Facchetti on Saturday afternoon as Gianni Vivabene’s Pulcini A side take on Southampton and Atalanta in the 13th Giuseppe Prisco Memorial Cup (from 15:00 CEST).
Matteo Traina’s Puclini B and Fabio Pesatori’s Pulcini C will face the same opposition in a round of friendly matches.
Sunday morning will see the Southampton U9, U10 and U11 teams take on their peers from Inter Academy at their training ground in Via Cilea 51, after which everyone will head to San Siro to watch the Nerazzurri first team take on Bologna (15:00 CEST kick-off).
