APPIANO GENTILE – Brazilian midfielder Matias Antonini has revealed that Inter Primavera are aiming to go one better than their Coppa Italia win last season.
"I want to help the team as we try to win it all," the 18-year-old told Inter Channel. "Last year we won the Coppa Italia, but we want to do even better this time around."
The Primavera are currently hard at work ahead of the impending 2016/17 season.
"Pre-season is going well and we’re on the right track," Antonini continued. "The boss is great and he expects us to achieve big things."
The training camp in Brunico has given the Primavera the chance to train alongside members of the Inter first team, an experience Antonini has cherished.
"Every time we train with the first team we learn so much. [Ever] Banega has really impressed me. In terms of his character I think he’s a real leader."
