MILAN – A year new has begun for Inter Campus, the 20th in its existence, and we'd like to share the statistics that have marked the last 12 months of work and the images that show the joy and passion underpinning the project.
Since July 2015, Inter Campus has been on 49 trips all over the world, more than four every month. On average, each visit lasted a week making for a total of 339 days spent training local coaches, meeting with partners and, above all, working with children.
Spending in the classroom or on the pitch is what we love to do most. This is the most efficient way of achieving the objectives we pursue in every country, such as fighting against behaviour related to the drugs trade, promoting gender equality and supporting peace.
Understanding the people, social dynamics and history of every region is a fundamental aspect of our work. In this way, we're able to go beyond the sport and get in touch with families, teachers and entire communities.
Ready to start a new year under the guiding principle of the Right to Play, we're currently preparing ourselves to get under way and cannot wait to get back in touch with the thousands of children all over the world.
