MILAN – Young Inter midfielder Dominik Smekal has been named in the Czech Republic U18s squad for the upcoming Lisbon International U18 tournament.
Eighteen-year-old Smekal is thus in contention for Czech Republic’s matches against Russia (Wednesday 15 June, 16:00), Portugal (Friday 17 June, 18:00) and Austria (Sunday 19 June, 16:00).
