SHANGHAI – Pirelli unveiled the P Zero shirts which the Nerazzurri wore against Napoli on Saturday as part of the launch of our global main sponsor's brand-new product.

Javier Zanetti and Francesco Toldo took part in the event held at Pirelli's Paddock Club on the Shanghai International Circuit. First there was a presentation for trade consumers before the two former Inter stars went for a spin behind the wheel of a supercar.

Later in the afternoon, Luigi Di Biagio joined Zanetti and Toldo for a press conference also involving Gregorio Borgo and Giuseppe Cattaneo, Pirelli general manager and CEO Asia respectively.

"Inter and Pirelli have won so many things across more than 20 years side-by-side," declared the Nerazzurri vice president. "This was only possible thanks to the fact that our companies share many values. Pirelli and Inter are characterised by the qualities you'll find in fair and clean sporting competition while constantly pushing for greater success at the same time – this is part of our DNA."

Next up to say a few words was Toldo: "Visiting China is always an incredible experience. We've been warmly welcomed by fans who support Inter during every training session and game. We were in China last summer with the first team and Inter Forever and we cannot wait to come back."

Zanetti was then asked about Pirelli's new tyres: "P Zero is one of Pirelli's leading products: a high-performance line that's commonly found in the world of motorsport and elsewhere. I had the opportunity to try these tyres out and they really are fantastic, especially in terms of grip and driver safety, even when it's wet."

On Saturday, Pirelli hosted Javier Zanetti, Francesco Toldo and Cristian Chivu at qualifying for the Shanghai Grand Prix.
