MILAN - Champions in the previous two editions, Inter have once again prevailed in the Carletto Annovazzi Trophy - Bracco Cup. Stefano Bellinzaghi's side claimed the trophy for the third straight year, beating AC Milan's Under-15s 3-1 in a derby at the Centro Sportivo Enotria.
The Nerazzurri showed great character to bounce back after falling behind on 5 minutes, scoring twice before the interval through Sakho and Burgio. In the second period, Vergani added a third to secure the win and the cup for Inter.
There was further recognition to come for Bellinzaghi's Under-15s. Kajganic (fair play award), Burgio (player of the tournament) and Pozzer (best goalkeeper) all collected individual gongs.
