INTER UNDER-15S BEAT REGGIANA 2-0

Sakho's double hands Stefano Bellinzaghi's lads a third consecutive league victory going into Thursday's Memorial Carletto Annovazzi final

MILAN – Inter Under-15s made it a third straight league victory with a 2-0 defeat of Reggiana this afternoon.

After surviving an early scare with the visitors hitting the bar, Stefano Bellinzaghi's boy went in front through Sakho when he latched onto Ntube's ball in the 7th minute and angled his finish beyond the keeper. Reggiana pushed for an equaliser but Inter held onto their lead going into the interval.

The Nerazzurri were a much-improved side after the break and fashioned several chances to double their advantage through Vergani, Sakho and Opoku before Sakho finally wrapped up the points deep into stoppage time following a neat pass from Burgio.

Inter remain in second place in the standings behind Atalanta and ahead of AC Milan with one match left to play before the regular season comes to a close next weekend.

Before then, the Rossoneri will provide the opposition for Bellinzaghi's Under-15s when they meet in the final of the 36th Memorial Carletto Annovazzi on Thursday 14 April. Kick-off is at 21:00 CET.
