MILAN - Salvatore Cerrone’s Inter Berretti side beat Alessandria 3-2 at the Centro Sportivo Giacinto Facchetti on Sunday afternoon to secure an important three points in Week 26 of the league season.
The Nerazzurri took an early lead after Lizzola was teed up by Vago in just the sixth minute, but the visitors rallied to make it 1-2 with a couple of quick-fire goals at the start of the second half.
Lizzola looked to have salvaged a point for Inter as he completed his brace in the closing stages of the second half, but Bollini made sure the celebrations were even more raucous as he struck in added time to crown a stunning comeback.
