MILAN – Serie A returns after the international break with Inter welcoming Torino to San Siro in Week 31 at 20:45 tonight.
With a little help from our friends at Opta, we've pooled together all the pre-match facts and figures you need to know.
HEAD TO HEADS
This is the 144th league meeting between Inter and Torino. The Nerazzurri have won 64 of those, with the Granata prevailing 33 times and the two sides sharing the spoils on 46 occasions.
Inter have lost just one of their last 23 Serie A encounters with Torino, winning 16 and drawing six. That defeat came last season at San Siro.
The Turin-based outfit have failed to score in 14 of their last 21 league matches with Inter.
The last four top-flight clashes between these teams have proved to be miserly affairs, with just three goals in total - an average of 0.75 goals per game.
In the reverse fixture Torino managed eight shots on target. Only once this season – in their home game against Roma (10) – have Inter allowed their opponents more attempts on goal.
PREVIOUS ENCOUNTERS IN MILAN
Prior to their most recent victory at San Siro (0-1 on 25 January 2015), Torino hadn't beaten Inter on the road in almost 27 years, since February 1988. The Nerazzurri had won nine games in that period with six draws.
Torino have drawn a blank in 11 of their last 16 trips to Inter in Serie A.
FORM BOOK
Inter have won their last four home fixtures. They haven't managed five in a row since May 2011.
Roberto Mancini's men have kept just one clean sheet in the second half of the league season (against Chievo), after managing seven in their first 11 games of the campaign.
Both teams have scored in six of the last seven Serie A matches involving Inter.
Torino have won just one of their last 11 league games, losing five and drawing five.
Taking only the last 24 league matches (since their defeat to Carpi) into account, Torino would be second bottom on 20 points (Verona bottom on 16).
The Granata have conceded in 18 of their last 19 away games in Serie A.
GENERAL STATS
Inter are the Serie A team that has gone the longest – 22 matches – without drawing a game 0-0.
With just 28 goals conceded, the Nerazzurri have Serie A's third-best defensive record after Juventus and Napoli – 14 fewer than Torino.
50% of Torino's shots have been on target this season, making them the most accurate side in Serie A.
Giampiero Ventura's team have let in more goals from set pieces than anyone else this season (18). Today they will be up against the team with the best scoring record from dead-ball situations – Inter have scored seven, the same number as AC Milan.
Torino have scored 30 goals through Italian players this season – more than any other Serie A team. Fiorentina (one) are the only side to have scored fewer Italian goals than Inter (two, both through Danilo D'Ambrosio).
Ventura's side hold the Serie A record for recovering most points (eight) from losing positions in away games this term.
Meanwhile no one has dropped fewer points from a winning position at home than Inter (two). However, when they have gone behind on home soil – three times – they have always lost.

Roberto Mancini has fielded 28 different starting line-ups in 30 league matches this season.
SPOTLIGHT ON THE PLAYERS
Ivan Perisic has three goals and an assist in his last three Serie A outings.
Only Gonzalo Higuain (13) has scored more league goals in 2016 than Andrea Belotti (seven). Excluding Gonzalez's own goal, Torino's last 14 goals have all come from three players: Belotti (seven), Immobile (five) and Benassi (two).
Mauro Icardi has found the net in three of his last four Serie A matches played at San Siro. Only Higuaín (four times) has hit the woodwork more often than Icardi (three) this term.
Rodrigo Palacio has scored three and set up one in five league games against Torino.
Geoffrey Kondogbia's first – and so far only – Serie A goal came in the reverse fixture against Torino (the only goal of the game, in the 31st minute).
Adem Ljajic has netted twice in seven previous encounters with Torino. The Serb has managed just one goal in his last 14 Serie A outings.
Inter are the only team that Emiliano Moretti has scored against more than once in the Italian top flight (two goals in 17 matches, including the goal that settled last year's meeting at the Meazza).
Cesare Bovo is another Toro man who has netted twice against Inter in the past, including his first ever top-flight strike (at San Siro in January 2004 while playing for Lecce).
Ciro Immobile has notched two goals in his last four Serie A meetings with Inter.
Since rejoining Torino, Immobile has scored four of his five goals (in 12 appearances) away from home.
Bruno Peres is the Serie A defender with the most shots on target (13) this season but is yet to hit the net.
Since signing for Torino at the start of the 2013/14 season, Daniele Padelli has let in more goals from direct free kicks than any other Serie A keeper.
In same period (since summer 2013), Samir Handanovic has saved eight of 16 penalties faced – a record in the top five European leagues.
Danilo D'Ambrosio could feature against his former club today: he made 116 appearances (excluding the play-offs) for Torino between January 2010 and January 2014.
Tommaso Berni is also an ex-Torino player but never made his debut for them in a competitive match.
There are three former Inter men among the Torino ranks: Marco Benassi (who came through the Nerazzurri academy and made six Serie A appearances in 2013), Luca Castellazzi (24 Serie A games) and Joel Obi (50 league matches and one goal for Inter).
Since being promoted to Serie A in 2012, Torino have played 18 league games without Kamil Glik, winning just three of them (16.7%). Toro's win percentage doubles (33.3%) when the Polish defender plays.
COACHES
This will be the fourth Serie A match-up between Roberto Mancini (two wins) and Giampiero Ventura (one win, Torino against Inter in January 2015).
That was the only time Ventura has beaten Inter in Serie A in 15 attempts. He has drawn six and lost eight.
For Mancini that game is the only time in nine league fixtures that he has lost to Torino (W6, D2).
REF AND DISCIPLINE
Torino have committed more fouls than any other team in Serie A (530), while Inter have committed the second-fewest (404) after Napoli (361).
Marco Guida has overseen 87 Serie A matches before today, 13 in the current season. This year the home team has won right times, the away team once and there have been four draws.
Inter are unbeaten in 10 previous matches with Guida: six wins and four draws.
After losing in their first Serie A game under Guida's supervision, Torino have alternated draws and wins in five matches with this match official.
