MONZA - The Giovanissimi Regionali have continued their winning run, recording a 19th straight victory following their 2-0 success over their Monza counterparts.
The first half was played with a relatively low tempo, with chances few and far between. The only excitement came when Esposito hit the bar from a penalty on 27 minutes.
The Nerazzurri had to wait until the 23rd minute of the second half to break the deadlock, as D'Isidoro fired home following a goalmouth scramble. Captain Sangalli doubled their lead, finishing from the edge of the box with three minutes remaining to secure a 2-0 victory.
