MILAN – Salvatore Cerrone's Inter Berretti side got the savour the sweet taste of victory for the first time in two weeks after a narrow win over Savona in Week 21.
Inter dominated proceedings at the Centro Sportivo Giacinto Facchetti and created bucket-loads of chances. Only bad fortune and a lack of clinical finishing prevented the home side from taking the lead in the first half.
The winning goal came 24 minutes after the restart, Niccolo Magistrelli beating the opposition goalkeeper after a good assist from Alessandro Mattioli to earn the Nerazzurri a fully deserved three points.
