EMPOLI – Inter Channel grabbed Joao Miranda for a few words after today's victory over Empoli.
"We came here expecting to win so I'm delighted with the three points," the Brazilian defender began. "We knew it wasn't going to be easy and Empoli pushed us all the way.
"That wasn't our best performance out there, but we've picked up three crucial points. There's a long way left to go in this season and we have to continue in this spirit."
Finally, Miranda quelled any lingering injury concerns: "I wasn't injured at all, I just felt a bit tired."
