Friendly defeat in Switzerland. Mauro Icardi scores for the Nerazzurri in the second half

CHIASSO - Inter were beaten 3-1 in a friendly by Chiasso in front of a crowd of more than 2,000 people. Roberto Mancini picked a number of young players, with 15 members of the first team away on international duty.

Melazzi opened the scoring on 26 minutes after a strong start from the hosts. Mauro Icardi then levelled the scores six minutes into the second period. Hassell gave Chiasso back the lead 10 minutes later, making the most of a mistake from Berni, on for Carrizo. Hassell then got his second, scoring from a free-kick to secure a 3-1 win.
