MELO PLEASED WITH THREE POINTS AT TOUGH GROUND

Brazilian schemer expresses his delight after Inter's 1-0 win over Chievo at the Stadio Bentegodi

VERONA - After helping Inter record a fourth straight Serie A win at Chievo's Stadio Bentegodi, Felipe Melo told journalists what the result means: "We're all happy because this is a tough place to go and Chievo are one of the league's form sides."

The Brazilian midfielder added: "I thank God and my team-mates for giving me a great welcome here."

Quizzed on the Nerazzurri's Scudetto ambitions, he replied: "It's important to get off to a good start but it's even more important to end the season well."

Finally, he commented on suggestions he's a dirty player. "I never make challenges to hurt the opponent. But football is a contact sport. If you don't want to be touched, you should play another sport."
