MILAN – The city of Milan is black and blue this morning after Roberto Mancini’s Inter side beat AC Milan 1-0 to surge to the top of the Serie A table with nine points from a possible nine. The winning goal was provided by Fredy Guarin, who thumped a stunning left-footed strike past Diego Lopez in the 58th minute to set the Nerazzurri on their way to victory.
