Hellas winless against Inter in 23 years
Hellas have not managed to beat Inter in 23 years. The last time the Gialloblu came out on top was on 9 February 1992 as they won 1-0 at the Stadio Bentegodi, thanks to Ezio Rossi’s winner. The two sides have played out two draws and ten Nerazzurri wins in their 12 competitive meetings since then.

Hellas have gone 227 minutes at home without scoring against the Nerazzurri. The last time the Gialloblu found the net against Inter at the Stadio Bentegodi was in the 2-2 draw on 5 November 2000. Inter ran out 0-3 winners in the 2001/02 season and won 0-2 in the 2013/14 season.
Mancini victorious in only previous meeting
Roberto Mancini came out on top in the only other time tonight’s two coaches have met. The match in question came in the 2004/05 Serie A season, when Mancini’s Inter beat Andrea Mandorlini’s Atalanta side 2-3 in Bergamo.
Mandorlini has never won against the Nerazzurri
Tonight will be the sixth time Andrea Mandorlini has pitted his wits against Inter as a coach. The Hellas boss has never won against the Nerazzurri, losing four and drawing one of his previous clashes with Inter, who have scored 13 goals in the process. Mandorlini, of course, played for Inter between 1984 and 1991, making 274 appearances for the club and scoring 13 goals. During his time with the Nerazzurri, Mandorlini won one Scudetto (1988/89), one UEFA Cup (1990/91) and one Italian Super Cup (1989).
