Inter unbeaten at San Siro against Parma since 1998/99
Parma haven't taken three points back from a Milan meeting with the Nerazzurri since 8 May 1999, when they won 3-1 in the league. In the 16 competitive fixtures played at the Meazza since then, Inter have won 10 and drawn six.
What chances of a Parma red card?
Inter and Parma have experienced differing fortunes in terms of red cards this season. The Nerazzurri are one of the sides who have seen the most opposition players take an early bath (six, the same as Roma, Palermo, Sassuolo and Sampdoria). Parma on the other hand have the joint highest number of sendings off themselves: eight, level with AC Milan.
Parma winless in nine
Roberto Donadoni's side are without a win in nine Serie A matches, last tasting victory against Fiorentina (1-0) on 6 January. Since then they have managed two draws and seven defeats.

Mancini 2-0 Donadoni
Roberto Mancini got the better of Roberto Donadoni on both occasions when they met as coaches: 1-0 in 2004/05 and 5-0 2005/06, both times Inter v Livorno in Serie A.
Mancini has upper hand over Parma
This will be the 20th time Roberto Mancini has faced Parma in his coaching career. His record stands at W9, D6, L4.
Donadoni's heaviest defeat as coach against Mancini's Inter
Roberto Donadoni is testing his mettle against Inter for the 12th time since taking up coaching, having previously won four times (all at home), drawn once and lost six. The San Siro brings back bad memories for him though: it was here against Roberto Mancini and Inter that he suffered his heaviest defeat in the dugout, Inter 5-0 Livorno on 16 October 2005 (Serie A).
