SESTO SAN GIOVANNI - The black and blue half of Milan smiled again this lunchtime as the Primavera followed up their 1-4 win earlier in the season with a 2-1 victory over AC Milan. Roberto Samaden gave his take on the match after the final whistle: “I think it’s a thoroughly deserved victory. We kept playing our game even after we went behind.
"Milan caused us some problems with counter-attacks and long balls, but in truth I think the margin of victory could’ve been even greater. I was pleased with the quality of our play and the development the team is showing. We have a lot of young players with massive potential.
"We know Milan are a good team with good players, so they were always going to cause us a few problems. Having said that, we controlled the ball well and given the quality of our opponents, the win looks all the more impressive.
"We put in a great performance, creating at least nine clear-cut chances. I think the quality of our play and calibre of our young players should be a source of happiness for all Inter fans," concluded Samaden.
