APPIANO GENTILE - It was a long, hard day's training as the Nerazzurri had a double session. The squad was split into two groups this morning and worked in the gym.
The afternoon meanwhile began with a series of defensive and attacking drills run by Mancini. The squad was once again split after that, with some of the lads working on the artificial surface and the rest in the cage next to the gym.
There were two special guests at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti today. Ex-Nerazzurri star and now Inter Forever member Benito Carbone was joined by Faryd Mondragon, the oldest player to appear in the World Cup finals.
